Discord Bot Customization

The MetaCRM Discord Bot can be customized to enhance the user experience in your community by providing a streamlined ticketing system directly within your Discord server. Customization options allow you to align the bot's behavior with your server’s tone and needs.

Before you begin customizing the Discord bot, please ensure that the bot has been successfully invited to your Discord server. If the bot is not yet integrated, please refer to the for instructions on inviting the bot to your server.

Channel

Select the channel where tickets will be collected.

Ticket Format

Select which way you want your tickets to be created - Channel / Thread

Ticket Bot Introduction

The Open Ticket buttons are essential tools that allow your community members to request support easily. You can configure how these buttons are presented with Personalize the Title and Description

Archive Period for Old Tickets

To keep your server organized, you can set the archive period for inactive ticket threads. After a certain period of inactivity, the bot will automatically archive the thread to prevent clutter.

Discord Ticket Settings

MetaCRM allows you to manage which types of tickets can be opened in your Discord server. By customizing the Discord Ticket Settings, you can control the ticket types available to your community.

Support Role(Optional)

Assign the Discord role for staffs who will respond to support tickets. If you don’t have one already, create a role on Discord first.
