The Knowledge Base is the foundation of AI Support. All AI-generated responses are strictly based on the content you provide here—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability.


Adding a Knowledge Source

Click + Add Knowledge to upload or link new content:

Type

Description

GitBook

Paste a valid GitBook URL. The system will extract content for use in AI responses.

Web URL

Add a publicly accessible web page. Only that page’s content will be used.

PDF

Upload a PDF file (max 25MB). Content will be extracted automatically.

Macro

Use internal Macro replies as part of the AI’s knowledge base.

📝 You must have at least one synced knowledge source to activate AI Support.


Sync Status

Each entry in the knowledge list shows a Sync Status:

  • Syncing – currently processing

  • Synced – ready to be used by AI

  • Failed – sync unsuccessful (must be deleted and re-added)

⚠️ Failed entries will not be used in AI replies or Test Ground simulations.

Delete

Remove a knowledge source from the list. This action cannot be undone.

Sync latest knowledge

Re-sync all non-failed items in one click. The button will be disabled if all items are currently syncing or failed.


Best Practices

  • Structure your content with clear headings and bullet points for better AI parsing.

  • Avoid uploading outdated or redundant documents.

  • Regularly test and validate your content using the Test Ground.
