Measure Performances
On this page, you can view aggregated performances data by date and channel, as well as analyze the performance of individual notifications across different channels.
The Report Page displays five key metrics along with the conversion rate for each step in the conversion process. Definitions may vary depending on the channel.
Sent
Widget: Widget notifications remain visible until manually archived. All visitors included in your selected segments on the website where the widget is installed can see the notification. Therefore, the Sent number for the widget represents the number of unique visitors during the assigned time interval.
Email, Telegram, Discord, and XMTP: The Sent number reflects the actual number of recipients at the moment the message is sent.
Opened 🚀 Coming soon
The Opened metric represents the total number of times a notification message has been opened. This count may include multiple views if a user views the message on different browsers or devices.
Clicked 🚀 Coming soon
The Clicked metric represents the total number of times the urls or the call to action button included in a notification message has been clicked. Therefore, if the notification didn’t include any urls, the performance report of the notification won’t have Clicked, Wallet connected and Objective achieved data. This count may include multiple clicks.
Wallet Connected 🚀 Coming soon
“Wallet Connected” represents the number of unique wallets that connected after users clicked the URL in the notification and were redirected to the DApp website where the Footprint tracking code is installed.
Objective Achieved 🚀 Coming soon
“Objective Achieved” represents the number of pre-defined objectives in the Footprint Module that were achieved after users clicked the URL in the notification. You don’t need to assign an objective for each notification—we will automatically track all objectives achieved across all notifications.
