AI Support Toggle
AI Support can be turned on or off using the switch at the top of this section.
When enabled, the AI assistant will begin handling incoming conversations using your configured knowledge base.
When disabled, all user inquiries will be routed to human agents.
⚠️ Note: AI Support requires at least one active knowledge base. If none is available, a warning banner will appear with a link to add one.
This section allows you to customize how AI generates replies.
Opening Message and Predefined Ticket Types are configured per channel under:
Integration > MetaCRM Widget / Telegram Bot / Discord Bot
The ticket type buttons (e.g., Bug Issue, General Question, Feedback) shown in the chat preview will follow the predefined setup of each connected channel. Any updates to these types must be made directly in the Integration settings.
Sets the personality of AI replies. Options include:
Formal – professional and concise
Friendly – conversational and approachable
Casual – relaxed and informal
The right-hand side of the screen provides access to Test Ground, a live simulation tool for previewing and optimizing AI behavior.
You can:
View how the AI delivers its opening message
Test different configurations (tone, length, language)
See how the assistant handles various ticket types
Validate fallback behavior when no answers are found
💡 The Test Ground is sandbox-only and does not affect real customer tickets. It is designed to help administrators optimize and validate the AI assistant before going live.
