Subscription Management Widgets

We offer two ready-to-use subscription management widgets for websites, making it easy for your customers to manage their notification preferences.

MetaCRM Widget

Once the MetaCRM Widget is installed, customers can manage their notification preferences directly in the Settings section—no additional setup required. A progress bar is included to encourage more subscriptions.

Website Opt-in Section

The Website Opt-in Section is a plug-and-play subscription management widget. Simply copy the provided snippet and paste it before the </body> tag on your website to complete the setup.

Set up Website Opt-in Section

Follow these steps to set up the Website Opt-in Section:

  1. Sign in to the Admin Portal.

  2. Click Settings in the left-side toolbar.

  3. Navigate to the Integration page and click the “Add Integration” button.

  4. Select Website Opt-in Section to proceed with the setup.

The setup page includes multiple configuration options:

Your API Key

  • This API key auto-generated and is already included in the provided installation snippet below.

  • If you need a new set of API keys for compliance or security reasons, you can use the regenerate button to do so. However, this will also generate a new set of installation snippets, which will need to be reintegrated into your website.

Website Domain Name

  • Enter the primary domain where you want to install the opt-in section. This is primarily for tech support and bug identification.

  • When switching from testing stage to production, make sure to change the domain name to maintain the functionality of the Customer Service Widget.

Customize Your Opt-in section

  • The title, subtitle, and background color can be customized. The font color adapts automatically based on the background color, so no manual adjustments are needed.

Copy and Insert Snippet to Your Website

  • Copy the following snippet and paste it under the </body> tag in your website.

  • Turning on or off SRI will affect how your project handles product updates from us. For more details about SRI, please refer to the gitbook below.

Enhance Wallet Detection (Strongly recommended)

  • We strongly recommend installing our Enhanced Address Identification Method so you can track all wallet connections, including non-browser wallets, such as WalletConnect.

  • Please refer to the example code above and consult your devs on how to install Enhanced Address Identification Method.

Install Status

That’s it! Now you can run the connection test to ensure the opt-in section is successfully installed.
