Manage notifications

The Notification Center shows all your notifications in one place, providing clear visibility and management. There are four status of Notifications:

  • Draft: Unfinished notifications are saved as drafts for later editing.

  • Scheduled: Notification are automatically sent at the scheduled time, making it ideal for campaign management.

  • Sent: Once a notification message is successfully delivered, the status updates to “Sent.”

  • Archived: Widget notifications remain visible until they are manually archived.

  • Each notification status comes with specific actions:

    • Detail: View the full notification details.

    • Duplicate: Clone message settings for easy reuse, ideal for recurring messages.

    • View Report: Access performance reports (available only for Sent and Archived messages).

    • Move to Draft: Convert a Scheduled message back to Draft for further editing.

    • Delete Notification: Remove unsent notifications (Draft and Scheduled messages only).

    • Archive Notification: Archive Sent notifications to remove them from active display.
