# Portal Interface

This is the portal interface where tickets are aggregated from multiple support channels such as Discord, website widget, project support center, etc.

* On the left hand side are all the tickets categorized by its statuses (New, Ongoing, Done).
* In a quick glance, moderators can see through which channel did the ticket come from, what kind of issue it is, the assignee to the ticket, etc. Clicking into the ticket will bring moderators to the ticket interface.
