# Referral

The **Referral** feature in MetaCRM empowers marketers to set up, manage, and track referral programs effortlessly. With an intuitive interface and step-by-step guidance, this tool ensures that you can create referral programs without the need for external support.

#### Step-by-Step Guide

1. **Access the Referral** \
   Navigate to the **Referral Settings** page in your MetaCRM dashboard.

2. **Follow the Guided Setup**
   * The wizard will walk you through the creation process step by step.
   * Complete the mandatory program setup step first.
   * If required, proceed to API integration, which can be deferred.
3. **Activate and Monitor**
   * Once the program is set up, check the status to ensure all components are active.
   * If API integration is incomplete, the status will remain as "Not Activated" until it is successfully integrated.
4. **View Completion Summary**
   * Review the completion page for key notes and final details of your referral program.&#x20;
