Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Referral Navigate to the Referral Settings page in your MetaCRM dashboard.

   
2. Follow the Guided Setup

   • The wizard will walk you through the creation process step by step.

   • Complete the mandatory program setup step first.

   • If required, proceed to API integration, which can be deferred.

3. Activate and Monitor

   • Once the program is set up, check the status to ensure all components are active.

   • If API integration is incomplete, the status will remain as "Not Activated" until it is successfully integrated.

4. View Completion Summary

   • Review the completion page for key notes and final details of your referral program.
