Click the Create Notification button at the top of Notification Center to start creating a new notification.
Set a future send time to automate message delivery—ideal for campaign management. This is optional; if no schedule is set, the notification will be sent immediately upon clicking “Send Now.”
Define who will receive this notification by selecting predefined segments. If “All” is chosen (the default setting), the target audience varies by channel:
Widget: “All Audience” includes all visitors to your website where the widget is installed.
Discord, Telegram, and Email: “All Audience” refers to all users who have subscribed to notifications from your website.
XMTP:
Select at least one channel to deliver your message.
Note: MetaCRM will use **system@metacrm.inc** as the email sender and the MetaCRM bot to send notifications via Discord and Telegram. If you have custom requirements, please feel free to **contact us.**

The Preview section updates dynamically as you edit the content, allowing you to see how your message will appear across different channels.
Notification Title
Noted: Telegram and Discord only display content section. Title and images will not be shown. However, the Notification Title is still required for notification management.
Write your notification message in this field. If you paste any url here, the url will be parsing as hyperlink in the messages.
You can upload one jpg., png or gif image here.
The Call to Action (CTA) Button is available exclusively for Email and XMTP notifications. You can customize the button text and destination URL to drive user engagement.
Enable this setting to allow MetaCRM to automatically append UTM codes to the CTA button URL and any links included in the content. This helps track notification performance effectively.
Note: In addition to enabling this setting, you must install the Footprints module and configure at least one objective to monitor conversion rates. For more details about Footprints, refer to the Gitbook.
Adding your address, privacy policy, and contact info in the email footer is recommended for GDPR and CAN-SPAM ACT compliance.
