MetaCRM for Service

MetaCRM for Service enables projects to provide personalized customer service based on a user's on-chain activity and automate the support workflow with AI-powered tools. Within the project's own MetaCRM portal, moderators can view tickets aggregated from all support channels, categorized by different statuses.

While assisting users, moderators can easily check the user's on-chain assets and interaction history, along with other tools such as a DID library and GitHub Issue, to provide more personalized support. Moderators can also utilize pre-saved answers and our AI-powered prompt generator to speed up the support process. Besides providing assistance, moderators can create customizable tags for users to quickly identify and segment them for marketing purposes.

MetaCRM for Marketing

MetaCRM for Marketing offers two main features to assist projects in tracking marketing campaign performance and executing targeted marketing strategies. Through our attribution link feature, projects can set up multiple bit.ly-like short URLs with customized suffixes to track essential metrics, such as on-chain transaction conversion rates across channels and platforms

Targeted marketing strategy is achieved via Web Push, enabling projects to send notifications to all users or a curated user group, including competitor users and VIPs, amplifying the campaign's reach and effectiveness. These notifications will be displayed on the project's own support widget and any wallet-based messaging applications. Soon, we will be adding more Web2 channels, such as emails, X, and Discord DMs.
