# Training Area

### Reviewing Q\&A Entries

Each entry includes:

* Input: The user’s original question (from Chat Channel or Test Ground)
* AI Response: The system-generated reply (read-only)
* Feedback: Support agents can rate with 👍 or 👎
* Improved Response: Agents can edit or add a better response version (optional)

> Identical Input + Output is treated as one entry (not duplicated).

### Rating & Improving Responses

* Thumbs down enables editing an Improved Response
* Improvement can be submitted with or without a rating
* All changes are tracked and saved in the Training Area

### Sync & Updates

* Feedback and improvements submitted from Test Ground are auto-synced
* If an entry already exists, only its rating or response will be updated
* Only entries with a rating or an improved response are marked as valid for retraining
