Training Area

Training Area is a centralized space for reviewing and improving AI responses. It helps support agents evaluate AI quality, submit improvements, and prepare training data for AI model retraining.

Reviewing Q&A Entries

Each entry includes:

  • Input: The user’s original question (from Chat Channel or Test Ground)

  • AI Response: The system-generated reply (read-only)

  • Feedback: Support agents can rate with 👍 or 👎

  • Improved Response: Agents can edit or add a better response version (optional)

Identical Input + Output is treated as one entry (not duplicated).


Rating & Improving Responses

  • Thumbs down enables editing an Improved Response

  • Improvement can be submitted with or without a rating

  • All changes are tracked and saved in the Training Area


Sync & Updates

  • Feedback and improvements submitted from Test Ground are auto-synced

  • If an entry already exists, only its rating or response will be updated

  • Only entries with a rating or an improved response are marked as valid for retraining
