AI Settings
The AI Settings section is where teams configure how AI behaves across customer interactions. It offers three key components that help tailor, power, and improve the assistant’s performance.
1. AI Tools
Customize how the AI assistant communicates with users. You can adjust the tone (e.g. formal or casual), response length, and language preferences to match your brand’s voice and audience expectations.
2. Knowledge Base
Define the data sources your AI will reference when generating answers. Supported formats include GitBook pages, web URLs, uploaded PDFs, and macros. AI responses are restricted to these sources, ensuring that all answers are grounded in approved documentation.
Together, these settings provide a controlled and scalable environment for deploying intelligent, brand-aligned support powered by AI.
