Ticket

The customization page allows projects to configure the appearance and settings of their tickets and tools with flexibility such as ticket types, display settings, as well as the ability to change the color theme and style of their support center and service widget.

General Settings

  • Under general settings, projects have the option to modify ticket types to better suit their services. Additionally, they can alter the display order of the tickets.

  • To create a new ticket, users are required to select at least one ticket type.

Discord Display Settings

  • Projects can customize the display color of tickets in their Discord ticket bot for better ticket organization.

  • Additionally, they can choose to enable or disable the 'Require Address' feature for different ticket types.
